We're proud to share a paper by our prof. Matteo De Angelis and Michele Costabile (together with Irene Consiglio, Nova School of Business and Economics, Lisbon) that has been published by the influential consumer behavior journal JCR - Journal of Consumer Research.
In "Effect of Social Density on Word of Mouth" authors demonstrate that social density increases the likelihood of engaging in word of mouth. and that a person’s chronic need for control moderates this effect.
