Self-care habits, barriers and solutions

This project explores attitudes and behaviors of Italian women in their self-care experiences. The research has been conducted on over 1,000 Italian women of different age groups and it led to the presentation of the "RegenerActions Movement" by Pantene. This is a new movement that invites all women to reflect on the importance of taking care of themselves every day starting from small and simple daily actions. Indeed, the research project revealed that 2 out of 3 women are unable to take care of themselves, even though 99% of Italian women believe that self-care is important.
