Technological Transition of Business Mobility: trends, drivers, constraints, opportunities and solutions
The Luiss-X.ITE Research Center, focused on market technologies and behaviors since its foundation, will undertake a research project for Telepass aimed at exploring and identifying the key trends in market business mobility change. This project will particularly focus on modes, timing, and evolution in the mindset and behaviors of users, as well as the consequent optimal management strategies for Mobility Managers.
The research will pay utmost attention to the customer journey and the drivers of choice and satisfaction among customers - employees, corporate decision-makers, and organizations - mapping and, where possible, clustering these customers based on their value expectations during key mobility instances.
The research will contribute to Telepass's objectives by defining and validating the value proposition for business customers, also through the dissemination of trends and drivers that enable business mobility to fully capitalize on the opportunities that technological transformation offers to the «mobility experience».
