Research Project in Collaboration with Spinosi Marketing and IMEVA S.p.A. "Redefining the Concept of 'Quality': Empirical and Economic Evidence."
Given the existing knowledge on the concept of quality, this research aimed to:
- identify dimensions of quality from the consumer's perspective to establish connections between dimensions reported by consumers and those developed within the scientific literature;
- quantify companies' quality investments relative to the quality dimensions identified in scientific literature and consumer analyses;
- map and analyze the relationship between company investments in quality, their revenue, and consumer preferences.
Following an initial literature review phase, the project employed a multimethod approach involving brainstorming, in-depth interviews, text mining, Delphi panels, and questionnaires. The project results were presented at a dedicated event held in June 2022.
