A Road Map to Design, Test, Deliver and Develop a Contemporary Competence Center Hub on Sustainable Science for Health Care (SS-HC)”

The project aimed to support Chiesi Farmaceutici in designing an innovative Competence Center on Sustainable Science for Health Care (SS-HC) to enhance internal expertise and bring new updated competencies into the organization, with the objective of becoming a Center of Excellence synergistically operating with the overall «Via Palermo» project and Chiesi Learning. 

The X.ITE Research Center, in collaboration with the CLIO research center, conducted desk analyses to identify key competencies and design the CCH, as well as an implementation master plan for launching, expanding, and executing the competence center.
